My name is Bob Stonacek and I live in the Fairways of Falcon Lakes at 14215 Amanda Lane. My wife Trudy and I have lived in the Falcon Lakes area for almost 4 years. We have three grown children; Clint (29), his wife Kristen and their son Mason live in Stamford, CT; Allison (27) and her husband Brian live just down the road in Lenexa; and our youngest son, Aaron (23) attends college in Boston. We have 2 lab pups, Gus and Emma that live with us here in the Fairways.

 

Ever since we moved to Falcon Lakes, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the area. I really don’t think we could have found a better place to enjoy our empty nest years. I grew up on a farm in the middle of Nebraska and the peacefulness of the development reminds me of those years. I am also an avid golfer, so it doesn’t hurt to have such a wonderful course to play on a regular basis. In addition to golf, both Trudy and I enjoy being involved with some of the different groups within the Falcon Lakes area. Seeing our area grow and develop is something that is of great interest to me. That is why I would like for you to consider me for the Falcon Lakes Homeowners Association.

I am a CPA with more than 30 years of business experience working for primarily small to medium sized companies. My primary responsibilities have been focused on managing the accounting and finance areas, however I spent significant time interacting with and many times directing Operations, IT and HR departments for these businesses. I have experience negotiating contracts, organizing banking arrangements, and setting up licensing agreements. Given the experience I’ve gained in the various business areas over the years, I am confident I can apply that knowledge to the benefit of the Falcon Lakes Homeowners Association.
