Young Management Group

Architectural Review Committee Procedures
Before you make external changes to your house or yard make sure to request approval from the ARC.  You can submit ARC requests electronically via the internet or via email.  Full instructions and email address can be found by clicking HERE.  
 
HOA Openings
The ARC Committee is looking for one additional member.  If you are interested in this position, please email us at hoa@falconlakeshomes.com
 
The Community Connections Team (Social Committee) can always use assistance. If you are interested in helping at one or more of the many events or attending a meeting, please email us at hoa@falconlakeshomes.com
 
We also have two new committees - Pool and Park Committee and Common Grounds Maintenance Committee.  If you are interested in serving in any of these positions please email us at hoa@falconlakeshomes.com
 
Lunch Bunch
The Falcon Lakes "Lunch Bunch" typically meets the second Tuesday or Thursday of each month at 12-Noon at The Nest of Falcon Lakes and occasionally at other locations around the metro.  It's a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and enjoy the community. Information will be sent via email and is also posted here under "Upcoming Events" and on the Neighbors of Falcon Lakes Facebook Page. Bunco Night
Ladies Bunco meets about once a month. It's lots of fun and a great way to get to know your neighbors.  If you're interested in attending or would like more information, just email falconlakesbunco@gmail.com Stay tuned for details.
 
Water Aerobics
Water Aerobics is held at the Falcon Lakes Pool beginning the Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. It is free of charge and meets daily (M-F) from 9-10 am.
 
Pickleball
Many neighbors get together at the tennis courts during the warm season on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 pm to play pickleball.  Bring a chair and water, and join in on the fun!

Jason's Lunchbox food truck will be in our neighborhood on Thursday, September 17th from 5:00-7:00m.
Fall Garage Sale
Friday, September 18th to Saturday, September 19th
The 2026 Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale will be held on Friday, September 18th and Saturday, September 19th.
Neighborhood Preview Night will be held on Thursday evening, September 17th, from 5:30-7:30pm for homes that choose to participate and open their garage doors early!
